We’re taking part in Camp Quality wesCarpade to bring positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer. Camp Quality are there for kids dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent, or carer, every step of the way.

“Evedon Lakeside Retreat has always been involved with Camp Quality family camps but when a friend’s child came to one of those camps, it really hit close to home. When the opotunity came to join wesCarpades to do more than just host camps, it gave me another purpose and chance to do more.”

Chris started his wesCarpade journey in 2018 as an elf for Santa’s Workshop, alongside Chief Elf, Rob Tuckey. When the opportunity presented itself to captain his own car, the Toy Story team was assembled in 2022. The Toy Story team made their debut appearance on the ‘Sand to Dust’ Tour which started in Jurien Bay, out to Sandstone and through to Shark Bay to end 2400km journey. This year is the ‘Wheat to Wharf’ Tour which sees the Weskies travel to the South Coast from Newdegate down to Albany and finishing in Bunbury.
